Q: I've made arrangements for pick up but can't make it, what do I do?
A: If you can't make an arranged pick up time or date please contact me asap. I will work with you within reasonable parameters! I know life stuff happens. The sooner you can contact me the better. Failure to show or contact me before or at the time of pick up at the latest, will result in the order being cancelled, your purchase refunded, and no longer having the option of pick up for any and all future orders barring true extenuating circumstances
Q: Why isn't my item identical to the picture on my screen?
A: Not only do digital screen displays vary, causing slight difference in color, but prints are copies of my original work. This makes my art more affordable and accessible my patrons, but there will be small differences between the print and the original, such as extremely subtle color or shading nuances. I do sell my original paintings, and if available, that will always be an option for patrons. Wooden products are handmade/hand carved and will naturally have marks unique from item to item but will be the same design you order. Please keep this in mind before you purchase
Q: I've made my purchase, where is my order?
A: I am a one man show. All the jobs of running this small business fall to me, so please allow up to two weeks to complete your order and get it ready for shipping. I will endeavor to get and provide a tracking number for each order and get them out as quickly as possible. Once it has shipped, arrival of your purchase falls to the US postal service, so please double check that you have provided the full and correct address. I can not prevent your order from arriving at the address you give me once it has been placed in the mail. If an item is returned to me, I can ship again if you provide another address, but you will responsible for cost of shipping again.

Q: My Item(s) arrived damaged or is the wrong piece(s), can I get a replacement or refund?
A: Strange Teeth Creations strives to get you the items you ordered and in the pristine condition it was originally shipped in. If your items are damaged or incorrect, please contact me and we can proceed with appropriate measures from that point. Please know that I will ask for and I will need pictures of your order whether it's damaged or the wrong piece(s). Please also note that refunds and or exchanges are determined on a case by case basis. While I work to make sure all my patrons are satisfied with their purchase, refunds are not guaranteed. However, all damaged prints from shipping will be refunded or replaced. Original paintings can not be replaced. I appreciate your understanding on this matter
Q: Do you do commissions?
A: I am not advertising for commissions at this time, but I am open to discussing possibly making you a custom piece. Please note that I know my limits and may not have the spoons for undertaking a particular project depending on the variables at the time. Should I accept your request, I will quote you an estimate including shipping estimates before starting. Once the price is settled, I will have a contract that I would require you to fill out and sign. You will be sent a copy of it once we both sign via email.
I require a deposit before beginning your piece that will only be refundable up until the day I start the project. The start date will be listed on your contract. Prices will vary depending on your project proposal
